Imagining Fall Possibilities

I never tire of seasonal shifts. This year, the leaves began changing early and slowly. A dash of red here, some yellow there, and bursts of orange dotting the greenery. As the days pass, more fall colors appear, as if the landscape is being painted over—a new scene for the new season.

It’s impossible not to notice and be inspired by nature’s cue. She’s saying, “It’s your time to reset, rethink, and imagine what’s possible.” I hear her loudly and clearly. Part of me is excited to acknowledge some things that have come to fruition—the new book that was just published, the positive experience of being on the conference panel, and the progress my clients are making. They are Rock Stars!

This is also a great season to take a quick inventory. What went well? What could use tweaking? What learning experience can inspire improvement?

I’ll look back, take notes, and then start imagining possibilities. How can I support you in this new season?
